Kent Place, No. 4 in the NJ.com Top 20, won the Union County Tournament in back-to-back years as they totaled 88 points in the two-day tournament which concluded on Thursday at the Donald Van Blake Tennis Courts.The Dragons swept all three singles flights while No. 10 Summit, which finished in second place with 84 points, came out on top in both of the doubles brackets.
