To a man, Cranford believed it is the best high school baseball team in Union County.
Monday night, at Kean University, Cranford made sure everyone else believed it too
Cranford had seven hits and 10 stolen bases, ending the Cinderella-run of Dayton with a 12-2 victory in the Union County Tournament final. It was Cranford’s ninth UCT title overall and its first since 2015.
