Liyanna Muscat is Union’s Union County Conference Female Athlete of the Week
Muscat, a junior on the track and field team, has had an outstanding season for the Farmers.
At the Union County Championships on Jan, at the Ocean Breeze Facility on Staten Island, she won the 200 meter-dash by running 24.88 and placed fourth in the 400 in 57.71, which matches her personal best time from lasty spring.
Muscat was also a key member of the North Jersey, Section 2 Group 4 championship 400 relay team lasy spring. Also at the sectional championships, she placed third in the 100 and third in the 400, highlighting her versatility and high-level performance across multiple sprint events.
