Leo Fontaine is Elizabeth’s Union County Conference Male Athlete of The Week
An outside hitter on the volleyball team, Fontaine had an exceptional week for the Elizabeth Boys Volleyball team. EHS had a 3-0 record and Leo averaged 4 digs, 1 block, and an impressive 10 kills per game.
Leo, a junior, has already eclipsed 400 kills in his career. He brings out the best in every teammate with his unwavering will to compete and succeed. Led by his leadership and strong play, EHS has gone 16-2 this season and are tied at the top on the Watchung Conference. They’re seeded #2 in the Union County Tournament and are looking to capture their 1st ever county championship.
