Hayden Singer has been named New Providence’s Union County Conference Boys Athlete of the Week
Singer, a senior, won two gold medals at the State Group 1 track and field championships this past Saturday at the Bennett Center in Toms River. Singer, who is headed to Bucknell, won the 800-meter run in 1:57.39, and anchored the winning 4×400 relay. Singer will look to continue his success at the upcoming Meet of Champions on March 5 at Ocean Breeze on Staten Island.
