Top-seeded Westfield, No. 4 in the NJ.com Top 20, left it all out on the pitch in a 1-1 tie against second-seeded Scotch Plains-Fanwood in the county final and that effort secured the program’s first share of a Union County title since 2012 on Saturday night at Johnson High School.
