Nina Mosley – Benedictine: Nina is the team co-captain and a middle blocker in her third year as a varsity player. She has been instrumental on the team as a motivator to her teammates. Her stats thus far this season are 31 kills, 27 digs, 36 service points and several aces.
Miranda Lorsbach – Kent Place: In the sophomore race at the Bernie Magee Invitational, Miranda had another stunning performance, finishing 2nd overall (out of a field of 177 girls) in a time of 19:03. She was half a second behind the first-place finisher and closing on her with every step. Nonetheless, Miranda had the fourth fastest time of the day among all the 5k competitors and was recognized by NJ Milesplit for having achieved elite status.

Alexis Fitz – Linden: Alexis has been playing the sport of soccer since she was six years old. She is currently a junior at Linden playing as the team’s starting stopper. In addition she plays competitively for the Union Soccer League as a midfielder. Alexis is an honor roll student and member of ROTC further executing her leadership skills both on and off the field.

Annabell Peralta – Roselle Park: The varsity volleyball team took a huge step in their season last week recording two big wins.  Annabell had an exceptional week as the team’s leading outside hitter. She currently leads Roselle Park in kills and is also ranked high in digs as well. Roselle Park’s key to success this season will be the team’s never quit attitude and the leadership of their five senior captains. Annabell can hit with the best of them.

Alex Velasquez – Roselle Park: Alex has only allowed one goal in the last five games Roselle Park has played. The Panthers are 4-3 this season. Alex Velasquez has been a three year varsity player.
